Meet Ke’AnA
Ke’Ana Lampkins, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, grief, and emotional healing. Her work is shaped by deep compassion, lived wisdom, and a commitment to helping clients reframe their stories and reconnect with who they truly are.
Led by the Holy Spirit, Ke’Ana founded The Well — a space where traditional therapy meets sacred restoration. Her approach integrates evidence-based care with spiritual sensitivity, offering clients support that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.
Over the years, she has supported girls, teens, and women through a range of therapeutic services in both community and faith-based settings. She has also led support groups, facilitated workshops, and provided culturally responsive care for those navigating issues of identity, worth, and relational pain.
Ke’Ana holds a Master of Social Work in Leadership & Social Change from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with minors in Women’s Studies and Family and Consumer Sciences from Eastern Illinois University. Her training includes 40-hour domestic violence and sexual assault advocacy certifications.
At the heart of Ke’Ana’s work is a belief: that people deserve to feel safe, seen, and supported as they heal. She creates space for clients to be vulnerable without shame — and to rediscover the strength and wholeness that has always been within them.
